Science Olympiad Seeks Volunteer Judges for March 12 Competition

The Idaho Science Olympiad is looking for people to help judge its competition at ISU (Idaho State University) March 12.  The Science Olympiad is a national competition for junior and senior high students.  It puts science and engineering into a competitive team environment -- and has inspired many students to pursue careers in science and engineering.  Volunteers are asked to work from two hours to a half day (8 a.m. to noon).  The events where help is needed include rockets, robots, destructive testing of bridges and the egg drop.
